FAQs

Is there seating for general admission?

General Admission ticketholders are invited to stand in front of the stage, and yes, dance, and/or sit your foldable lawn chair in the designated areas on a first come, first serve basis. You are welcome to bring one foldable lawn chair to sit in. VIP tickets include premium, stadium seating.

Are kids’ tickets free?

Unfortunately not.

Where can I park?

Parking for General Admission ticketholders will be based on first purchase, first priority order. The earlier you purchase your parking pass, the closer to the event you may park. Maps are provided on the festival website. All parking lots will be lighted and staffed to assist in the parking and exit from the venue. VIP tickets include premium parking which is closest to the festival entrance.

Can I reenter the event?

Yes. You will receive a wristband upon entry that will serve as your reentry pass. All event activities will be in the secured area.

Will there be food?

Yes. Various food trucks from local restaurants and food service providers will be onsite in the food court.

Will there be beer sales?

Yes. A full-service beer garden will be onsite. You will be able to purchase your beverage of choice and return to your seat with the beverage.

What can I bring into the event?

The City of Louisville, Wolfstock and Tailormade Productions operate with a clear bag policy. Safety and security regulations limit fans to one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person and reserves the right to examine the contents of any container brought into the venue. To protect the safety of our fans, entertainers, officials and staff, the following items are prohibited.

Prohibited Items:

  • Non-clear bags of any size
  • Diaper bags
  • Backpacks (of any size)
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Cans, bottles, coolers
  • Outside food, snacks, beverages (unless needed for medical purposes)
  • Radios without headsets
  • Open umbrellas
  • Selfie sticks
  • Video cameras
  • Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses
  • Unmanned aircraft
  • Large bags or parcels, including backpacks and purses
  • Weapons, including pocket knives
  • Hoverboards
  • Segways
  • Artificial noisemakers
  • Smoking – including e-cigarettes – is prohibited inside the venue at all times
  • Strollers
  • Posters/signs larger than 8 1/2 x 11

Please do not attempt to bring these or similar articles into the venue. Items will not be stored at the gate or venue for pickup after the event.

Permitted Items:

  • Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches (must be opened for inspection)
  • Mobile phones
  • Binoculars (without case)
  • Foldable Lawn Chairs (without bag)
  • Radios with headsets
  • Diapers and non-medically necessary items for babies and young children must be carried in a clear bag
  • Limited use of cameras. Event action may not be filmed. Consideration of other spectators is expected.
